A well-designed space is one that continually welcomes you home. With that in mind, we offer two specialized Interior Design services custom tailored to the needs of Real Estate Professionals.



At Samantha Gore Interiors + Design we take a streamlined, collaborative approach to getting your property ready to sell. Thoughtful guidance, conscientious editing, and our elevated aesthetic can maximize the visual and emotional impact of your clients' space while minimizing the cost and awkward conversations that often come with conventional staging (let us deal with that wagon wheel coffee table).

Our Listing Consultations are ideal for:

  • Refining bold personal styles with a designer's practiced eye.

  • Re-establishing objectivity with "fresh eyes" in a long-lived-in space.

  • Emotionally gentle yet ruthlessly effective editing.

  • Reviewing existing furniture and optimizing layouts.

  • Advising + executing simple updates to palettes, finishes, and soft goods.

We offer our Listing Design Consultations for a one-time fee of $498.
